Research Plan Assignment

This research project focused on career paths of city managers and the self-leadership efforts they made in their youth and early careers that ultimately enabled them to become city managers. I interviewed a City Manager in a large city in Texas. Due to privacy guidelines, and to protect the identity of the city manager I interviewed, I have chosen not to share the final product here.
